平素は格別のお引き立てを賜り、誠にありがとうございます。 弊社は創業以来、ミャンマー送り出し 機関有限会社MATという経営理念のもと共同経営者(代表)に取り組んでまいりました。 現在の日本 では、労働者不足や少子化などといった課題があります。 弊社の有限会社MATは、そのような課題 に対する解決案だと考えております。

名前-KHINPHYU PHYUAUNG (林美雲) 中国とミャンマー混血 話せる国語-英語、日本語、ミャンマー語、中国語(基本) 誕生日-6月1日
出身-バゴー市、ミャンマー 。
教育-University of Taungoo 卒業、Bachelor of Science (Botany) 2008年、2021年に佐賀女子短大 学卒業し、地域みらい学科、福祉ととソーシャルケアコース
2008年から2019年までミャンマーで事務員として働きながら日本に興味があり、2018年2月に日本 語の勉強をはじまり、2019年4月に佐賀女子短大に入学。 日本の福祉制度に興味みを持ち続け、母国での地域を少しでの力で支援したいと思い、日本で 2021年に介護福祉士国家資格をとって現在まで介護福祉士として生活支援や相談援助の実務経 験しています。2024年からミャンマーでの有料老人ホームを立てる予定。
元々人に助けるのが好きなので母国の若者が海外で生活に困難がある時支援をしたいかなと思 い、介護人材協同組合での実習指導や生活支援(通訳•翻訳)通院対応を行っています。 海外で働きたい母国の若者に少しでも力になれば良いと思い、2023年7月からミャンマー送り出し機 関会社MATと共同経営をスタートし、技能実習生や特定技能生、国際技術(就労ビザ)、日本で留学 したい方々の相談や生活支援、日本での人手不足で困っている企業様にも少しでも力になれば良 いと思い、ミャンマーで門出日本語と介護専門学校を作って指導を行っています。
日本 とミャンマー の交流をより多くできれば幸いと思います。よろしくお願い申し上げます。
